Doesn't look like a Windermere Class boat. There should be a wine-glass profile to the hull/keel and the spade rudder looks a bit agricultural and is not correct. Unless it's an very old class like the Una I think it is just a boat which has been raced on Windermere, which could mean anything. Class boats are 17ft LWL and about 25ft OA.
Looks like a few months on hard work and not much value at the end. Class Boats are available for a couple of grand or so in sailing condition. £10K would get a good current racing boat.
