Resorthoppa chaos

I have been badly let down by resorthoppa who first of all gave a wrong number for timing confirmation, then after emails to Uk changed the number to one that did not answer despite 32 calls . We had to hire a car ! Their customer service dept now cancel my emails without reading. Has anyone had any experience with this company and did anyone get their money back?

+1 their Algarve service is both excellent and very reasonably priced.

+2 we've used them several times in Majorca and the Canaries. Never had a single problem. It sounds as if you've been unlucky.

I think the problem may be with their local Portuguese agent on this occasion.
