Reprogram MMSI number and ATIS code in SIMRAD RS87 VHF

Does anyone know a way to renew the MMSI number and ATIS code in the SIMRAD RS87 VHF? I know this should be done by a dealer but they charge too much money in my opinion. I noticed that there is a UTP socket on the black box which is used for (I guess) a serial connection to a PC. I've also read there is a program called Prog86 but I'm unable to find it on the internet. I did found a manual on how to reprogram a RD86 VHF.

Any ideas?

We had one of these sets in the boat when we took her over. I can't tell you how to reprogramme it but I can say it is probably the crappiest DSC VHF I have ever used. Bin it and buy a decent one.
