Looks great but you're soon going to have to replace the whole lot. Once one bit goes, I presume it was of its own accord rather than man inflicted, the rest will follow. It's an age thing as the plywood has reached the end of its useful life and it will degrade quickly as the moisture starts to soak in. Looks good now after sanding but probably will go downhill pretty rapidly from the Underneath upwards.
I had a patch on my Targa that had delaminated and was basically in the same condition as your piece, when the rest was closely inspected it was also past its best or at best had another season or two left in it.
I ordered a replacement kit from the OEM and had this fitted. It was a sod of a job to remove the old deck using a chisel, it was a slow painstaking job.
New kit fitted now and good for another 10 years+. I went for the real McCoy again, don't like this pretend stuff.
If you need to know the name of the deck manufacturer I can look it out for you.
