Replacing RM69 with Jabsco twist and lock

Having fitted a repair kit to my old RM unit last year and finding it starting to leak again this year I would like to replace it with something new. Has anyone carried out the swap from RM to Jabsco, and if so, are the mounting holes in the same places? The reason I ask is that my mounting bolts are pointing upwards from a cavity under the bog to which access looks nigh on impossible.

From memory, when I did it years ago, no they are not the same but not a problem for me as the base was a piece of removable ply.

Thanks johnalison, just what I was looking for. And yes Tranona, an adaptor plate of some sort may be the answer.
