The inner tank was
a) leaking and b) full of disgusting crud after 4 years lay up.
I have got a new inner and persuaded it into the outer layer, and to my annoyance the fittings are not quite in the same place by about 10cm in each case.
Is this a feature, or have I somehow got the alignment wrong?
I will need to cut new holes to attach the fittings, which will leave small circles of PVC exposed. Should I patch over these to protect the inner, if so what with and what would be best adhesive?
Any one else had similar problem?
