Replacing bump strips

I have a 1970s/1980s broom speedboat. The bumpstrips on the side have seen better days and are scuffed and coming away from the boat. Here is a picture of the worse bit

Can i buy replacements? Do i buy them specifically for my boat or are they universal? What are they actually called?

Thems called 'Rubbing Strakes'!

Or 'D' section rubbers wot go around the gunnel':D
There are various suppliers
'D' fendering should also get you on the right track
