Replacement Throttle controls

I currently have Volvo Penta controls fitted however there is no function to tension them and the throttles creep back all the time making it difficult to keep the boat straight on the twin engines. I have been told that this is typical of this make and have been recommended to change them for Teleflex morse type controls. Do the Morse type click into positions and hold or is it just a tension thing, also does anyone have other recommendations for twin throttle controls thx

Models come with or without a friction settion screw to adjust.

I believe the engine/gearbox dictate the mechanical function of the remote control (stroke etc.), but Teleflex/Morse boxes are very common, reliable and spares easy to get - if needed.

I¨ve come across Uflex brand but would prefer Teleflex over that
