Replacement shower hose - 1980 Westerly Discus

I'm trying to find a replacement shower hose for the combi basin/shower head on my Discus. The existing one seems to be 5/8" female x 1/2" male (but measurements taken with a ruler in sixteenths and converted down).

Has anyone managed to find a similar hose or know where I might get one?

No luck so far and I REALLY don't want to have to replace a perfectly good mixer tap in order to get a 'standard' hose.

Have you tried Trafalgar Yacht Services in Fareham? The guy who owns it used to be sales manager at Westerly & if he doesn't have a spare, may know where to source one. Alternatively, a caravan specialist is always a good bet for things lik ethat.
