OK so this is non-specific to the engine, but want to ensure I get the correct size (flow rate).

My KAD300's have pre-filters fitted by Cranchi which are a washable element... I want to replace these filters with Racor type (or similar good quality) with a spin-off replacement filter and clear bowl on the bottom with a drain.

Can anyone advise what micron / flow rate I should be aiming for?

Many thanks.

This. What Sunsqeeker fitted

I think from memory 120 or somthing ? - L/h --- even though engines did a lot less say 40 L/h

Something to do with plenty of capacity .
They were metal none see through bowls under the cartridge ---fire retard issues ,ck out with your insurance if plastic /glass breakable is acceptable near a heat source ??
In 9 y s when opened not a speck of s8it inside the metal bowl .

My Searay was fitted with a recor filter and has a 30 micron particle filter installed think it was the 500 series and the filter element was 2010 Google 3581760 fuel filter and the filter is made by perkins
