Replacement grills for deck speakers

Hi folks,

The plastic grill covers on our deck speakers ,approx. 100/125 mm circular have perished and I would be grateful if any one knows where replacements can be purchased . The speakers themselves are fine so would be pity to have to replace whole unit. If not possible to replace grills ,is it possible to buy a small sheet of thin white perforated sheet and fabricate my own grills

try maplins...........they do speaker grills but maybe not in white

The 'grills' to my cockpit speakers suffered from the inevitable UV degradation and being damaged by people's heels, replacing the entire speakers cost, IIRC, £26 from Amazon

I have the same problem, kicked the speaker several times last year not much of it left. Looked in maplins if I was wanting to set up a PA system on deck they had it all. After a fair amount of searching I ended up buying a new speaker £16.50 the grill is exactly the same 135mm Dia. I will change the speaker and silicon it into the backing plate. Then later on this year I will kick the grill again.

The grille is integral to the speaker, but plenty of marine speakers on Amazon or eBay. Just match the diameter and impedance.
