Hello all,
I’m in a quandary . I have a broken starboard side sliding glass window on my starfisher 840.
Trouble is , I can’t seem to find anybody prepared to help with a replacement. A local chap has very kindly cut me a piece to shape but, the shading of green is completely off and it looks a bit silly. It’s ok for now as it makes the window water proof but, I can’t keep like that .
I have tried to get some joy from the uk starfisher dealer but, they are as useless as a chocolate tea pot. I’ve tried emailing the factory also but again, no communication at all is coming back!!
It seems that if your not buying a brand new boat then they don’t give a sh1t .

Any ideas please ??

The glass you have used as a replacement is not safety glass ie toughened glass as you cant cut it or work it after toughening. If its glass its un-toughened or its polycarbonate or perspex.

NDB noted so your gripe is with the colour /shade match?

Have you tried getting someone to email the factory in Spanish, quoting the HIN number and a photo of the installation?
