Following on from the sheared bolts sarga...

Unfortunatly I'm not able to get flywheel to crank bolts from the VP dealers so I'm having to look else where.

The bolts are M10 High Tensile Hex Head, not sure how long as I will need to link up the bits, and will have to get them from a hardware shop or ebay (checking the details are the same on the old head), will this work?- I have no other option !!

I'm also thinking of using some Locktite Threadlocker to give added security, is this a good idea ?

Cheers

Stu

Bolts should have the strength grade marked on the head, if you buy from a hardware shop make sure you don't get chocolate ones!
4.6 is not too good
8.8 normal high strength
10.9 stronger, "allen" screws normally this.
