Reparing teak decks

In PBO 441 page 101 featured an home made tool (kind of a chisel) for preparing teak decks. As I don't posess this nr of PBO anymore (I have nr 443 and later)Could someone please send me the article and drawing to guy.vanderherten@skynet.be. Thanks in advance.

Would it have been an old flat file with the sharp end bent 90 degrees ,allowing that part to be then dragged towards you along the seam?

A kind of, but there was also some kind of guiding welded to it.
