Repairing nick on laminate Bavaria cabin floor

Most new AWB like my 2005 Bavaria now have laminate cabin floor. The trouble is that if something heavy like a spoon falls with the wrong angle, the laminate gets nicked and chipped leaving a dent of a different colour.

Has anyone found a technique to repair these unsightly nicks/dents perhaps using some colour matched compound?

Mid to darker colours can be treated with oxides added to Araldite.

You can buy tubes of Laminate flooring repair 'paste' at any good flooring shop or B&Q i think.
