A friend has just bought a catamaran with a damaged bridge deck. He asked for my help but I am not sure of whether it will be ok.
Approx 120 x70 mm damage to moulded re enforcement on a bridge deck. Problem is that the "inside" is a void, therefore not accessible. Will repair from just the outside still be possible, with sufficient chamfering ?
Also any suggestions as to how to get the rounded shape right? It is a strengthening rib, one of 8 across the bridge deck, having hit a metal buoy.
