A friend of mine wants to rent a 5/6 berth motor cruiser for 2 1/2x weeks in the summer. 35' to 40' flybridge type???
He has done Day Skipper about three years ago, got lots of Essex coastal experience,........but alas not a suitable craft. He has a steel displacement De Groot or something on the Thames but not suitable for the trip as he is 10Kts max.
He would like to tag along with two other boats on a trip over to Channel Islands from Solent.
Craft needs to be able to plane and cruise about 24/27Knots. (ideally)
Where can he rent such a boat and how much should he expect to pay any ideas?
