I have some stains from WD40 on my deck (the windvane was obstinately sticking!). The stains so far have resisted scrubbing with the usual deck cleaning compounds, and have also resisted a blast with a pressure washer. Can anybody suggest anything else?

You could try 'Spotless'. Sold as a multi-purpose 'dry clean' stain remover. I use it for all things that other solvents do not reach. It is obtainable from Tesco and,I think, Sainsburys. If you are not close to one of those, contact the importer 0118 966687. I do suggest that you check that it will not delaminate the fibre gass, first!

Give it a squirt with WD40, if the tin is to be believes its good at everything.
Try a flash wipe, it will clean up all thet blinking WD40, I use them everywhere on the boat.
