Removing Farecla from deck

Anybody got any tips for removing the over spray. I machine polished my hull this winter and did not use a dust sheet. Everything on the deck including spray hood and deck paint is covered in dots of Farecla. I thought it would wash off but days of rain and beating in force 7s have made no impact.

I got this effect all over my black car, had to leave it like that for a few days but it came of with a good sponging. I would have thought a scrubbing brush would be better than the weather. It really should wash off.
