Removing dried Teak oil of GRP

As title says need to remove some dried run offs that have dried.
Not sure whats best to use to remove them?

I've used acetone (nail varnish remover) or acetone mixed with meths. Dip a cloth in the solvent and scrub the oil off without leaving pools of acetone behind as it reputedly isn't too kind to GRP.

Too much for a thumb nail but maybe a srcaper
