The least harmful solvent to your inflatable would be white spirit. However, if you have not done so already, is to scrape as much off as possible with stiff bit of plastic, whilst swobbing it with white spirit. If this fails to remove it, then you will have to resort some fast thinners which contain Xylene. This is likely to remove the surface colouring on your tubes as well.
Good luck

Try soaking it up with talcum powder, which should leave a sort of solidy mess that you can gently scrape off without damaging your dinghy.

Re: removal of resin

I am pretty sure acetone would attack the fabric as you say. Would try an emulsifier like bilge cleaner or gunk. Works with new spills of uncured polyester. Depends how old it is!

Re: removal of resin

If you know what resin it is what about mixing up a small batch with Catalyst and putting ontop of the uncured stuff on tender, when hardend flex material and it should come off.

Well its a thought.

Be wary of all the advice about using solvents beacause as yet no one has asked what material the inflatable is made of! PVC? Hypalon/ Neoprene? on Nylon?
