Remote engine control

Does anyone know where I can get a new handle for my remote. It's a Hi-Lex AU20N - the controls work OK but the lower splined part of the handle looks like a zinc die-casting (see picture) and it's cracked. I have visions of it falling off at the worst possible moment.
Hi-Lex have an agent in Sydney but they haven't replied to my email.

Got a phone number for them?
Generally bits are not interchangeable between makes so it's either a genuine bit or change to a Morse or Teleflex box. (and maybe cables)
