discovered this wonderful free standing 500watt cooker - if like us you have a generator or access to shore electricity it works better than conventional gas oven, we only have 2 burners and grill anyway and were reluctant to lose locker space to fit an oven.

Will swap for menu to keep 4 fed on passage for 4 days (on gas stove)!

No thanks Parahandy - but you should try it even at home - quicker and better than any oven I've ever used. Regards feeding crew, I used to cook on yacht delivery trips to and from the Med. I recommend a little book by a French woman "Cooking Afloat" by Florence Herbulot sbn 50303x
It's mainly based on pressure cooking and I've used the recipes in Biscay gales as well as for millionnaire owners in Cannes!
