Remember the violent incident on the folly pontoon?

I can’t update the original post as it’s been locked thanks to some of the thoughtless replies.

Anyway I’ve heard from the owner of the Merrie Fisher that was assaulted and had his boat damaged.

The assailant was arrested you may recall.

The assaulted man agreed not to press charges as long as the damage was repaired via insurance.

The assailant has now denied the damage and his insurer is refusing to pay.

The police won’t help because the case is closed as they thought it was resolved.

That fact that there is a violent liar in our midst is rather disappointing especially as he is knowingly causing distress to a fellow boater.

If anyone saw the incident first hand or you are the person that showed me the video of the incident please get in touch.

Just trying to help the innocent victim (who gave permission for me to post an update.)
