Registration- Phew!!

Just done the Annual Thames License - Just a tad short of £700 for the boat and tender. I've just gone into 'Semi' retirement - probably have to look for full time employment to pay next year's hike !!
I hope we see some definite improvement for the extra dosh, and not read somewhere of massive bonuses and pay increases for 'performance' of EA officials.

Haven't licensed my tender yet, I don't do that until just before I use it and might not bother this year. IMO tenders should not need licensing if marked up as tenders.

I agree.
If the tender is primarily on board I think its licens should be included in the main vessel's registration

I got away with it for several years as its hardly a necessity on the river, but my five grandchildren regard the tender as 'their' boat - so it HAS to be done ! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

Just received my licence plate, I haven't paid a penny ............... YET.

Let's hope they lose my Direct Debit details. Pity I can't get out on the boat. Just about a level walk "down" to the ponteem this weekend.

I was making a quick repair to the canopy that got ripped in last weeks gales.
Now looking for a new one /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif
