Registering a PLB

Faxed off my registration form about a month ago, though you got back a sticker & receipt for it ?

Or are they perhaps still on a work to rule ?

Did mine about 2 months ago, rang them to ask if received fax ok, and received paperowrk in post a few days later. I wanted to speak to them re vessel name and their response was that a PLB could be attached to a vessel name in the same way that an EPIRB can. I found that interesting !
