refurbishing windows?

The windows on my boat slide in a rubberised channel and the rubber is breaking up.

Can I get this refurbished without the whole window frame having to be taken out? and does anyone know a good man for the job around Kent area?

I dont know about sliding widows. Can you remove the glazing?
