Refurb of teak/holly sole boards

The sole board at the foot of the companionway on my Sadler is 35 years old and needs some TLC. I have some bits of veneer to re-laminate some smallish areas of damage and will also deal with some minor delamination of the ply edges. What is the preferred adhesive for each of these tasks? Any other advice? Thanks.

Use a contact adhesive have a look at what 3M have available.
