While pootling around this weekend, I spotted the concrete boat of the elderly couple my wife and I teamed up with for an impromptu pub quiz on our honeymoon. I saw the Laser 28, Flying Fish; a Maxi I used to regularly cruise in company with and a Mobo I used to work on from time time time; a Nic 32 that, one season in the noughties, seemed to turn up everywhere I went both sides of the Channel. All under new owners due to the relentless march of time.
