Refilling gas cylinders

I've been carrying empty Calor gas cylinders for two years now. Any ideas on where to refill them round the Adriatic?

Well. Not sure if this helps or not. I used to get calor bottles filled in the Middle East. You went to a shop. Well mud hut actually! He filled it from a bigger one. Ask around some locals.
