You can safely assume that none of it is definitely correct. Some of it may well be eg phone numbers for Marinas, but you don’t know what else is right. All tidal data’s wrong.
Ahhg well I'll have a look at it. I thought it was all information about tidal streams and passages into harbours etc. I guess most of the information can now just be googled on your phone.

I just bought the 2019 version used on eBay for £8.99. Should I have spent the extra for the 2023 version?
No. I buy a 'current' version of Reeds every seven years. As long as I have access to a Dover Tide Table, or the Absolute Tide App, 95% of the data in the book is static.

I just wish they would come up with a decent ring binder.

Like Sandy, I buy one a new one every few years. I will probably by a new one if I get abroad in the boat this year, but currently have a 2017 one aboard, and a 2009 one at home for general reference/dreaming.

I don't bank on them being 100% up to date, but (apart from e.g tide tables), rarely find anything significant that's changed the point where it's a problem.
