Probably not. The one on the propeller is to protect the bronze of the hub and blades from the stainless pins (and gears if it has them); the shaft anode for the hub against the shaft. These are the ones that go first because they are closest, so the hull anode probably does not do anything. Suggest disconnect it first and see if the other 2 hold up OK - lasting at least a year or whatever interval you have between haulouts. Probably last much longer than that. If you are then happy, remove the anode and plug the holes.
