No. There is no requirement to wear an ensign in home waters.

No, I am a newbie.It seems that either there is software that looks for dubious words or someone does not like the town i live in.
So without having a word removed, i live in a town in North Lincolnshire that
has a large steelworks and is called Scun*horpe.
