Following on from yesterday's budget and last month's alarming HMRC statement on red diesel, MBM's Sue Pelling met with Gus Lewis, the RYA's Legal and Government affairs manager, to clarify the rules and regulations on the use of red diesel, both in the UK and in other EU member countries.

Nothing new there then.
Still rains to be seen if the commission will back of with the court case. If they don't they would be fantastic rose tinted specs to see what the RYA do.

its quite clear from how they phrased the question that their issue is stopping motorboats claiming 60/40 - and they're just bandwagoning on the belgium issue.
