Bramblemet recorded a gust of aproximately 13,000knots at 0830 today. More realistically Cambermet picked the squall up at 66kts and it usually is around 5kts down on the currently closed Bar Beacon.

That's amazing. The insignificant looking line of rocks just beyond the lifeboat house and slip is actually the harbour wall which is a very solid and imposing structure normally and must be 30ft high
 
HA, we had 95mph here on Friday and hardly anyone noticed! And over in Dalmatia, it was gusting 125 mph (they had to close a bridge to an island). A bit breezy and you're all whingeing!!
