Recommendations sought for a Dentist in Ionian or Aegean

I've just lost a filling and subsequently found out that I'm no longer on my dentists NHS List. As it's not causing any immediate problem or discomfort, I'm wondering if it might be easier/cheaper to get the repair done after we return to Greece in a couple of weeks. We're heading to Preveza from where we'll be sailing via Corinth and through to Turkey. Any Recommendations?

I met a guy who had a bad experience with a dentist on what I call Preveza main street. If you want to know more of the location ask by PM.

I have no experience of a good one anywhere in Greece.

I go to dentist in Nidri on Lefkas .Her name is mina and i have found her very good . had two x-rays ,a filling and a half hour scale polish and floss for 50 euro .Surgery very 1960 but it all worked and you get to have a coffee sat in "the chair" whilst Mina sits and has a fag !!.She is based in the same building as port police overlooking Nidi front and her surgery is up the next flight of stairs after port police so easy to fine .er hours are sporadic but her phone number is on door so you can get in touch .I shall be there for my check up in may .Good luck

I had a filling fixed whilst in Poros. The dentist was in a rough-looking back street, but was fantastic inside. The dentist fixed me up within 4hrs of me knocking on the door - opening her surgery at 2130 just for me! The job cost me around £20, and i still have the filling today - 4yrs later! Long time ago i know, but i've been back recently and she's still there.

I have heard good reports of Mina in Nidri.
Check with Danny Keane of IGR Yacht services, also in Nidri.
Alternatively pay privately for a replacement filling in the UK.
We may all have to before long!
