My boat has twin Lewmar, 93cm OD steering wheels and now, after almost 13 years, the white covers are showing their age. Time to replace.

Hopefully, these are pretty much “of the shelf” items. Any recommendations for a supplier? Location unimportant as should be easy to post.

Many thanks.

I looked into this a while back and found seadogs.co.uk
Their steering wheel kits come with everything you need and much cheaper than the chandlery kits.. lovely quality.

If you are on the Clyde perhaps speak to Greg at Saturn Sails.
I would also suggest a revised design where there is no zip round the wheel rim, but instead just one straight up the back of the wheel - and a bit of Velcro on the bottom half of the other side. That’s the way ours are, and avoids hard and leaky zip around the wheel.
