He came and removed and refitted my failed injection pump at short notice when no one else was available in the foreseeable future. He worked tirelessly in cold conditions, and kept at it despite some challenging problems. Nice chap, easy to deal with.

As you are based in Ipswich, it might be worth a call to Shotley Marina. Gary (the mechanic here) definitely does cutlass bearings and stern glands.

Yes, Travis used to work at Fox's some time ago.

(I think it may perhaps even have been Fox's workshop manager who suggested I try Travis, because Fox's didn't have the capacity at the time to deal with my urgent problem.)
