Recommendations for Marine Engineers in North Wles

Hi,

I'm looking for personal recommendations for Marine Engineers in North Wales (Pwllheli to be precise).

The work is an engine swap and I am already aware of the following :

BBH Precision Engineering, Bangor
Tony Evans Marine Engineering, Pwllheli
Harbour Marine, Pwllheli

Apologies if this makes me sound grumpy but please don't reply by telling me "I don't think you want to do that", obviously I do or I wouldn't be asking...

It's a Yanmar 3YM30 I want to replace an old Thornycroft 90 with.

I do still need an answer to this -

BBH Precision Engineering don't do that kind of thing,
Don't want to use Tony Evans,
Harbour Marine are agents for (IIRC) Beta, not Yanmar.
ABC Powermarine won't do the work in Pwllheli which means a lorry drive and un/step the mast routine- £600 at least so...

Any ideas gratefully received,

Firmhelm in Pwllheli did the engine swap in my Achilles before I owned her. It was a Yanmar 2YM15 they fitted and although I can't comment on the pricing or service at the time the work was done they've done an excellent job.

Marine Engineering Services in Port Dinorwic they do very good engine swaps! Including a contract with the offshore wind farms high speed cats, High prices but very good!
