Recommendationfor the best 12 volt fridge

My boat wants a new 12 volt fridge to replace the old faithful Electrolux gas,mains, 12 volt caravan unit.
I want the most efficient, least power hungry type regardless of cost - within reason. Is this a hold-over plate type or what?

choice of evap or holding plate willdepend how you use your fridge and how you generate electricity.

If you are a mobo the is either travelling or in a marina, the evap solution is better. If you are a raggie that has to run the engine once or twice a day for battery charging, a holding plate is better.
If a raggie with a lot of solar/wind power and no wish to run the charger, the evap is better.
