FYI: had a fantastic day out last Sunday in perfect sailing conditions on a Class 40 with these guys: http://www.dreamortwosailing.co.uk/
Very different sailing compared to what I've been used to of late. It doesn't seem to go less than 8 knots, which was a decent speed in my last boat! And bimbling along @ 12-13 knots is quiet, calm and controlled. The skipper, James, is a nice guy and was very good with the beginners on board.
All in all, a damn good day out and I'll be going again to see what it's like when planing.
