I am trying to organise to buy and have delivered (within the UK) a Nasa wind masthead unit and cable. Can anyone recommend a mail-order company that is likely to be fast and responsive? It will need some nimble work to get it delivered in time, and I can't start the process as I don't yet have a delivery address!

Thanks

I'll start the ball rolling with Force 4.

But can't you order stuff direct from NASA

Because I want to fit it to the top of my mast, so that I can read winspeed and direction on the existing instrument head.

I think Macd meant "why do you want a NASA one, when they are renowned for having the whirly bits fall off, or just generally breaking down?" As has presumably already happened to you, if you have the display but need a new masthead unit :)

The NASA device has worked reasonably well for me, although the cups need replacing frequently as they disintegrate under UV and it is so much cheaper than the alternatives. I need to replace the unit now as it was destroyed when the mast was lifted out.

But I would be interested in suggestions for alternatives.
