Reccomendation for non permanent fixing

Hi have some re covered panels that fit in between the windscreen with faux leather on. I am trying to find something that I can use to fix them in place that will allow them to be taken off if needed without any damage to the base. Thought of velcro but think the damp from condensation from the screen will make it fall off, no nails I guess will be too permanent Any ideas anyone?? Thx

What about this stuff? I use it to hang quite heavy stuff in the kitchen.

I have used those Command strips for fixing CO alarms on the boat and also to fix a tablet to the GRP dashboard . So far this seems better than the velcro which I used previously .
