Does anyone have a rear facing cctv camera on their flybrige/radar arch? Apart from helping the inexperienced (me) to berth a little easier it struck me as possible MOB alert, especially with kids on board.

I had a look at Dolphin Marine Products' stand at LBS and they had a few different types including a pan/tilt searchlight with built in camera. That would be ideal, but it will only tilt 40 degrees downwards which may not be enough to see the edge of the bathing platform.

Does anyone have anything similar?

Get Princess to fit EDC controls and a Bowthruster control on the side of the arch so you can walk back and steer from the back looking down (great view!) when coming into a berth.

I have a b/w camara fited behind the radar !

I did find it a bit weird to start off ! but now I love it !

You can see very well as long as sun not directly on your back !

Works well at night in marinas and well lite places.

Kids can play tricks on you while you are going along ( A show of nutters on the back of the boat )
