I haven't been able to update weather since 31 October 2011.

It continues to work OK for me. I've just loaded it to check and it immediately updated with today's Inshore forecast.

I think it might be a version update problem. Just looked @ the second copy I have on my boat laptop & that has updated to 22/11 weather , but then told me that a new version was released on October 10th & this update was available. The home computer copy is the already updated version and I suspect that is where the problem lies. Hope I don't have to re-install it yet again. Reeds really need to sort this software version update aspect out- it is really flaky and problematical every time

I've just tried on my desktop machine, which is still on the old version (V 2.1.0) and the weather updated correctly.
I'm now updating to the latest version on this machine (V2.2.0 - released on 10 October) and will report tomorrow (if I remember) whether it updates for Wednesday's weather.
My first post was from my (couch potato) netbook. I thought that was already on the latest version but can't be sure and there doesn't seem to be a simple (or obvious) way of checking the version number.
Edit: I've just noticed that the new version includes the 2012 Tide Tables. I wonder if the programme will still work next year if we don't buy the new almanac?

Wednesday's weather updated automatically when I accessed Reeds Online today, so both new and old versions appear to update OK (for me).

Now weather updating OK. Haven't done anything. It must remain one of life's little mysteries.
