Who'd have thought it:

District Enforcement will be suspending enforcement at their Reading Mooring Sites between 13th - 16th June 2019 in support of Waterfest. Come and visit this fantastic event at any of our mooring locations. #District #Enforcement #Reading #rdgwaterfest #…lnkd.in/e2qmiih

As they are Reading Council’s moorings and not Kurpils presumably we should be thanking them and not their carpark attendant?

I concur.

Lets not forget how unpleasant DE are when it comes to dealing with real people. Premium rate telephone lines, very little options with regard to actual communication with anybody other than bottom feeding parasites, a wholly unpleasant experience.

The Waterfest appears to be very underwhelming according to their Facebook page. Maybe it's just a very poor Facebook page!? Reading is a bit of a hole on a good day, what's actually happening thats good then?
