Re: Plymouth Cruising Club

yes I would definately be interested, sure hlb would also, but i will let him speak for himself. i am, ermm... actually we are both, in a cruising club uuppp nooorth, which is good fun. Boating events BBQ's are the best. hlb complains we are always meeting in some god forsaken working mens club house, he has a point but its still good fun. bit limited as to where you can go when you arrive by boat.

anyway sounds like a really good idea..

Re: Plymouth Cruising Club

I'm not sure about this. Nearly every time we get down there that LJS turns up, then the Dirty Lurkers and a few others. last summer we were just settling down to fillet steak, when six of the rabble and neumerous dogs turned. they drank us dry and then ate all our dinner in butties cos thats the only way we could spin it out. This has happend on a number of occasions including a trip to Weymouth where we were again accosted by an unruley rabble. Duering the year it's happened in Alderney, Yarmouth, Cobs Quay, Hamble and Christchurch, not to mention Salcolmbe, Fowey and Falmouth. It's not only stinkies, even the raggies are quite willing to board us!!

Oh. I see. You want a bloody apointment system now do you!! /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Go on, put me down for it, hic.
