Could this be a solution for the shortage of marina berths? How many motor boats could be accommodated in premier ski resorts? Unbelievable pose factor! No worries about cost of diesel.

That rather trumps the nondescript sailing yacht parked close to the A9 south of the Glentruim road turnoff, which I believe is the yacht farthest from the sea in Scotland.
