Good idea - we took a mooring in San Antonio knowing the owner was away. A friend of the owner came to see us that night saying he was returning in the morning... he gave us a mobile number for the owner, which I called. Established the owner would be back about 10am next day, so we would be off about 9.30am. He was surprised but pleased to receive the call, we knew where we stood.
