Not sure if Sittingbourne counts as East Coast but I had a mast step regalvanised and I seem to remember that the firm who arranged it for me (Hayling Trailers Ltd) sent it to a galvanising company there.

I'd be wary with Acrow, I had terrible trouble with them a few years ago.
I paid on collection but got several threatening letters demanding payment afterwards. their excuse was that they are not set up to deal with 'cash' customers and had created an a/c for me but failed to post the credit!!! Total cobblers, they were just disorganised.

I used them to do a whole car trailer a couple of years ago, but I am not sure if they do chain.

chain is an awkward one, wasn't there an article in YM a few months ago which highlighted how few places were able to do chain properly.

Don't forget that you need someone who can do centrifugal galvanising otherwise your chain will end up a solid mass of steel and zinc!
